Reservation of Unit

Requirements:

1. Reservation Fee
2. Reservation Application Form
3. Client’s Registration Form
4. Photocopy of Passport and Valid I.D.

Steps

1. Choose a unit type in a particular project to its respective location.
2. Coordinate with us by phone or e-mail your intention to reserve a unit.
3. We will e-mail, fax or mail the Reservation Application Form and Individual Client’s Information Sheet for signing and filling up of necessary information.
4. Reserve by:
   1. Money transfer
      1. Deposit your reservation fee in a designated Philippine bank.
      2. In your convenience, e-mail, fax or mail us the DEPOSIT RECEIPT, signed Reservation Application Form, filled up Individual Client Registration Form, photocopy of passport and valid I.D. with picture.
   2. Mail
      1. Mail us your reservation fee check (dollar or peso) which is named and payable to Manila Property Market. and non-else.
      2. In your convenience, e-mail, fax or mail us the signed Reservation Application Form, filled up Individual Client’s Information Sheet, photocopy of passport and valid I.D. with picture.
   3. Relatives or Friends in the Philippines
      1. Coordinate your intentions to reserve a condo unit with your trusted relatives or friends in the Philippines.
      2. As by your agreement with them, let them meet us and issue the reservation fee by cash, check or credit card in your behalf.
      3. And same as in the above, in your convenience, e-mail, fax or mail us the signed Reservation Application Form, filled up Individual Client’s Information Sheet, photocopy of passport and valid I.D. with picture.
5. All documents will be processed and you will receive an Original Receipt.

Important Reminders

1. In signing of Reservation Application Form and Individual Client’s Registration Form, if married the spouse must affix his or her signatures to all documents, or if more than one buyer, they must affix their signatures too and fill up a separate Individual Client’s Information Sheet.
2. All payments in checks must be named and pay in order of the respective property group.
3. After the reservation of unit is done, we require you to submit all post dated checks as payment for your monthly amortizations.
